Photographing children on their own,
without adults, provides a wide opportunity for styles. The
white hi-key backgrounds have been a favourite for several years
now, which lends itself to casual, fun and black and white images.
Adding favourite toys can personalise a portrait, or provide a
theme.
We do not rush any of our Portrait
Sittings and it is important to make children relaxed and happy in
the Studio environment. A pre-shoot discussion lets us set up
the Studio prior to your sitting to save time, and we welcome
introducing your child to the shop and studio environment beforehand
if that will help your child.
As your sitting is important, we
encourage you to bring favourite toys and to do as much as you want in your sitting.
There is no limit to the number of images taken and we are happy to
try different groups and ideas.

"Simply Me" Shoots
Our "Simply Me" shoots are a simple
studio portrait sitting, for those who simply want a professional
portrait of themselves.
For a fee of £15 per
person, you get a 15 minute shoot - head/shoulder or 3/4 length -
with a 7"x 5" print included.
Due to popular demand the "Simply Me" shoot can
now include up to 4 people (at £15 per person) and includes one 7" x
5" print.
Please note that this is "simply me". Several
images will be taken for you to choose your portrait. If you
require artwork on the image this will be charged at £25 per image.
